Hard surface reduction

The project goal was to raise & level the front yard via a new retaining wall and to reduce the landscape area by 20%. This was challenging site to say the least. The home sat on top of a steep hill with no vehicle access. We blew in 20 tons of new topsoil via a hose and truck parked two blocks away. We also build an entirely new walk way and retaining wall. The project turned out beautifully. The original purchase price of the home was 325K it was sold after we finished these eco friendly landscaping inprovements for 459K!
